University Recreation at Western Michigan University is looking for a motivated, team-oriented individual to fill our open Associate Director for Facilities and Sport Programs position. This position will oversee the daily operations of the Student Recreation Center, including the management and security of the building and recreation facilities. It also supervises and provides leadership to the sports program staff (Intramural sports, club sports and Esports). This person will also serve on the departmental leadership team, assist with departmental programs and events, and empower Broncos to live a positive, healthy, and active lifestyle.
