Student Recreation and Wellness Services has received many accolades including the NIRSA Outstanding Facility Award and Fitness Management NOVA 7 awards in facilities and technology. Built in 2004 the recreation center includes a 53' indoor rock climbing wall and 12’ free standing Bouldering wall, outdoor adventure trips and seminars, outdoor adventure equipment rental, 50 meter x 25 yard competition pool, a leisure pool and spa, multi-purpose sport courts, 15,000 sq. ft. of strength and cardio equipment, two aerobics studios, jogging track, racquetball courts and more. Student Recreation and Wellness Services offers a comprehensive recreation program that includes Fitness and Wellness, Aquatics, Outdoor Adventure, Intramural Sports, Club Sports, and Informal Recreation.
