We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, goal-oriented, and innovative leader within the field of higher education and collegiate recreation. The Coordinator of Operations is a full-time employee under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Operations. This person is directly responsible for the operational oversight and safety of the Nicholas Recreation Center. They will directly oversee all the hiring, training, and development of approximately 100 operations student employees. They will assist the Assistant Director of Operations with the development of the annual budget. This individual works directly with professional and student staff to plan and coordinate activities and assess problems and develop solutions. Primary hours will be Monday-Friday 7:45-4:30, but flexibility to work nights and/or weekends when needed is required.
