Augusta University has openings for incoming graduate students who want to join a growing recreational sports program and learn from leaders in the profession. Candidates must have strong relational service skills and be capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Graduate Assistant position openings are available in the following areas for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 academic years.
These are two-year appointments pending both strong work and academic performance. A stipend of $9,000 is provided from August to May. Graduate students have access to health insurance through the university. The graduate student is responsible for paying their own fees. Professional development assistance is typically available. Tuition waivers are granted to cover nine credits of course work during the fall and spring semesters. Summer employment and waivers are negotiable.
