The Assistant Director of Outdoor Programs will serve as a leader within the department’s outdoor recreation and education team – Eagles Outdoors. They oversee the indoor climbing wall, equipment rental desk, trips, and staff supervision. This position is responsible for the vision and leadership of all aspects of the Outdoor Recreation program. In addition, the Assistant Director of Outdoor Programs is responsible for developing and implementing a shared vision guided by departmental goals aligned with the Division of Student Affairs strategic plan.
