The Student Development Coordinator is responsible for the evolution and implementation of strategies that support student development and success for the University Recreation and Well-Being student staff. The Recreation Center staff includes a team of approximately 100 students who work in the areas of member services, fitness, facilities, aquatics, rec well sports, wellness and marketing. Direct supervision is provided to the Building Manager staff. Under the direction of the Associate Director for Operations and Marketing, the Student Development Coordinator provides leadership for the department in the areas of student employment talent management and student staff recognition.
