Job Summary Under the general supervision of the Director of University Recreation, the Coordinator of Climbing/Staff Training and Development oversees day-to-day climbing wall operations to include, clinics/workshops, instructional, and team building programs. The Coordinator will also oversee student staff hiring, training, and student staff leadership opportunities for the department.
