Reporting directly to the Assistant Director for Aquatics. The coordinator will participate in the programming and daily operations of the Ramsey Student Center Natatorium. This position supports academic classes, varsity swimming and diving team activities, student recreational programming and special events. Primary duties include: recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising a staff of 75 to 100 lifeguards and aquatics instructors; developing and managing revenue-producing aquatic programs; and assisting with the department’s safety training and emergency action plans.
