Reporting to the Assistant Director for Competitive Sports, the Senior Coordinator for Competitive Sports oversees the development, promotion, and implementation of a comprehensive program encompassing team and individual intramural sports, club sport organizations, and Rec Sports Youth Camp. This position ensures adherence to risk management procedures, facilitates registration, schedules leagues and tournaments, and enforces policies and procedures. Additionally, this position manages a large team of student staff, and assists in budget management and strategic planning.
