Reporting to the Finance and Business Manager, the Coordinator of Business Services plays a lead role in the fiscal management of the department and in the scheduling for the department. The Coordinator of Business Services plays a supporting role in securing fundraising sponsorships and improving alumni engagement. This role works primarily with Banner and Fusion in order to create annual and monthly reports, and to reconcile accounts. The position will be located at the Fairfax Campus in the Aquatic & Fitness Center. Responsibilities: Fiscal Management: Review monthly financial results from memberships, sales, The EDGE, other business functions and prepare and submit monthly reports; Process EDGE client payments in Fusion software
