Responsible for the supervision, coordination and implementation of all aspects of the aquatics department and first aid including but not limited to hiring, training, in-service training, daily scheduling, and park operations. The ideal candidate should display a background in customer service and a dedication to the growth and development of the aquatics staff though demonstration, coaching, and leadership. Operate the park within the guidelines of the Jeff Ellis & Associates, our Insurance Provider, and any local, state, or federal laws as necessary. This position also is responsible for updating any manuals and policies for aquatic staff.
