Aquatics Graduate Assistant Responsibilities: Assists in the planning & implementation of the aquatic instructional and recreational programs.  Assists in marketing & social media. Hire, supervise, schedule, and evaluate lifeguard staff.  Provide on-going in-service training. Responsible for applicant pool, skills testing, employee information, evaluations, & current certifications. Revise and update procedural manuals. Handles customer complaints and policy interpretation. Maintains daily office hours. Is prepared to substitute for lifeguard or instructor in unforeseen circumstances.
